Our attorneys have regularly represented broker-dealers as placement agents for private placements. Our attorneys have also assisted in the formation of private equity and hedge funds, and represented three funds in their portfolio investments. They also have worked on numerous private placements, 4 (1) 1/2 transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
We have also been active in the purchase and sale of traditional “brick-and-mortar” businesses ranging from the representation of retailers in the biking and apparel industry, to the purchasers of food businesses.
