Overview
Tyler W. Rutherford is an Associate Attorney at Pastore in its Stamford and NYC offices. Mr. Rutherford is an active member of, among others, Pastore’s Crypto and Securities Litigation Practices. He has been quoted in articles published in the Slate and MarketWatch concerning various issues impacting the crypto and blockchain industries. Mr. Rutherford is an active member of numerous bar associations, including the New York City Bar Association, where he was recently appointed to serve a three-year term on the Securities Litigation Committee.
Mr. Rutherford graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he studied tax law, international law, and corporate law. While in law school, he was actively engaged with multiple organizations on campus and served as the Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review.
Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Rutherford graduated from Baylor University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While at Baylor, Mr. Rutherford was involved in the Baylor University Student Government. He is an avid chef, runner and hiker.
